All orders over £7.99 are sent fully insured are will, usually, need to be signed for. If your order is very heavy and/or bulky, a postage surcharge may be necessary. I will contact you if this is the case; if you do not want to pay the surcharge a full refund will be given.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are usually shipped in 1-3 business days. UK delivery is usually 2-3 days. Overseas shipping varies by country; 7-21 days is average but some countries can be longer due to customs processing in the destination country. Once the order is dispatched, delivery times and customs processing are out of my control. Tracking details will be provided.
Returns are accepted within 14 days with prior notification (personalised items are excluded). items must be returned in an unused state. once the item is received back, the original purchase price (not including shipping) will be refunded via the original payment method.
